At Vikami, we take pride in providing high-quality professional nail products. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vikami.com with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.

Store Credit for Special Cases

While we do not offer refunds, in rare cases where an issue is verified, we may provide store credit at our discretion. This applies only to orders with documented shipping damage or packing errors.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without first contacting us will result in a dispute being filed with supporting order records. We are committed to resolving any genuine concerns directly.
